Growing up as a kid, I didn't play Galaga all that much. I was a huge fan of its predecessor, Galaxian, but I didn't have easy access to any arcade that had it that was local to me (meaning within easy distance of riding my bicycle there.) By the time Galaga came out, I was more enthralled with Ms. Pac Man, which came out around the same time. I have this game for my Xbox 360/Xbox One S, and give it a whirl every now and then. It is a game that has aged extremely well, and remains infinitely playable.
