A better world is possible by challenging what is possible
Over years ago, President John F. Kennedy gave a speech about going to the moon. We made it happen about 8 years later. That was widely seen as an American achievement, but it was an achievement for all of humanity in reality. It showed what was possible with great effort and technological achievements. What is possible to achieve now if we dream big enough?
To create a better world, there must be a paradigm shift. The thought process of humanity has to go away from focusing solely on profit, and more on living in a utopian type of world. Naysayers will say that it is not possible, but what would have happened if we had listened to the naysayers who said going to the moon was not possible?
Recently, there have been many post-apocalyptic movies that show heroes in destroyed cities. I do not believe that this is our destiny. Below are several examples of things that humanity can achieve if willpower is there to achieve it. The biggest obstacle will not be technological, but instead, come by those opposed to the profits that they will lose if some of these examples succeed. Below are some examples of changes that I believe are possible within the next 40 years, with enough willpower, determination, and cooperation.
